France's Top Delivered Meal Kits & Specialty Foods Apps in Q1 2021

In the first quarter of 2021, the delivered meal kits and specialty foods category saw varied performances among the top applications in France. As per the data provided by Sensor Tower, here is a rundown of their individual performances.

Vivino: Buy the Right Wine experienced fluctuating revenues, with a peak at 15K USD in mid-March. Downloads for the app started at around 34K and saw a general downward trend, ending at 12K in late March. Weekly active users saw a drop from 272K to 170K, with some peaks and troughs along the way.

HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery, despite not generating revenue during this period, saw a consistent increase in downloads, starting at around 2K and rising to just over 4K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users grew steadily from 23K to 43K, indicating a growing user base.

Quitoque, le panier à cuisiner also showed no revenue but had a notable spike in downloads in early March, reaching over 5K from an initial 2K. However, the app ended the quarter with downloads back around 4K.

Potager City began the quarter with modest download figures at 371 and saw a peak of 1.5K in early February, but ended the quarter with a decline to 660. The app's weekly active users data was not available.

Lastly, RXEAT started the quarter with minimal impact, having just 24 downloads in the last week of December. However, there was a notable increase to 94 downloads in the second week of March and a peak at 165 downloads in the following week, before closing the quarter at 51 downloads. Active user data for RXEAT was not provided.
